SwimWin is mid-build, and these docs are written to say so. Every article carries one of three statuses:
- Available — it works today.
- In progress — part of it works, and the article says which part.
- Coming soon — it is not built, and the article says what to do instead.
The table below is generated from the articles themselves, so it cannot drift away from what each one says. When a feature lands, its status changes in the same change that ships it.
The short version
What you can run a season on today: the club website and its editor — pages, news, coach profiles, galleries, sponsors and a public calendar your committee maintains itself — plus seasons, registration, the waitlist, households and the roster, waivers as a family signs them, the schedule, the lane sheet, dues and statements, the front desk's eligibility lookup, guest records, and the audit trail.
The three gaps most likely to affect you:
- Imports bring families, not seasons. A spreadsheet import puts households and people on the roster; memberships, balances and swim times do not come across. See Importing your club.
- No emailed pay links. Families pay online and save a card from their family home; the club cannot yet email them a link. See Dues, balances and receipts.
- Families are emailed about what happens to them, not told things in bulk. Applications, approvals, waitlist offers, waivers to sign and payment receipts all send; club-wide announcements do not yet. See Announcements and email.
Whole pillars still to come: the team store, learn-to-swim, private coaching, squad chat, meet entries, attendance marking, volunteer sign-up and reports.
